Velora Hotel - Riva del Garda

The pool area was a sweet retreat, but the glass bathroom wall in our room was a bit awkward for a family with teens. Still, the view from breakfast was fine!

We loved staying in this hotel, it was little and nice. The staff tried to be lovely and made our stay a memorable experience.

small hotel with helpful and attentive staff and absolutely breathtaking views of the lake. excellent location in the lovely gardens. really close to a good variety of restaurants as well as the lake garda and beach and nice restaurants around. overall relaxing stay out of our short visit.

Why it's almost great (but not quite)

Fine location near the lake, easy access to cafes and parks. A spacious pool surrounded by palm trees provided relaxation for the whole family. Staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly!

While amenities were nice, the absence of some essentials, like a mini fridge in the room, put a damper on our experience, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was annoyingly unreliable at times.

Just a perfect match for a brief visit in Riva del Garda with excellent value for money. Loved the rooftop breakfast with fine mountain views, such a nice way to start the day! Make sure to explore the local pizzerias nearby.

The location offered fantastic access to walking paths and green spaces, perfect for family outings. The super clean swimming pool was a highlight for my children. The absence of a mini fridge in our room limited our ability to keep drinks cool, and while the breakfast included good options, it could use more variety. The staff was generally helpful, but response times during busy moments could be improved.

The hotel was clean, and the powerful shower was perfect after a day of exploring. I particularly enjoyed the secure bike room, great for our cycling adventures. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace with fine mountain views was a real treat, and the staff were accommodating.

A mini fridge in the room would have been helpful.

The kids had a blast at the spacious swimming pool and relaxing under the palm trees, while we enjoyed unwinding on the rooftop terrace during breakfast with beautiful mountain views. Just a small note, a fridge in the room would've been nice for keeping drinks cool, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌞

Staff helped with local clinics and tours. Wi-Fi was unstable at times.

Noise issues from neighboring rooms must be addressed!!! Limited parking availability during peak times could drive guests mad!!! Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity needs improvement for a stress-free stay.

Perfectly positioned near the lake, it allowed my family to explore cafes, gelato shops, and local parks with ease. The kids loved the clean and spacious swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, and the rooftop terrace breakfast with a fine mountain view was a good bonus. The staff, especially Sylvia and Anna, were really nice too assist us with local tours and transport arrangements.
